Calls to Larnach Castle Ltd regarding Consumer Enquiries (Calls) may be recorded for quality, training and verification purposes. - Verification: If you have a complaint in relation to the quality of Larnach Castle products then larnach Castle may retain the recording of the telephone conversation for verification purposes. Larnach Castle Ltd may also disclose the recording to third parties, including its professional advisors, in order to address the complaint or any action you may take in relation to the complaint.

While there is no fee for requesting access to the personal information Larnach Castle holds about you, Larnach Castle reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for the preparation and provision of that information to you.
You also have the right to request the correction of personal information which Larnach Castle Ltd holds about you. Larnach Castle Ltd reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Larnach Castle Ltd changes this Privacy Policy, it will post a copy of the updated policy on this website and your continued use of this website or interactions with Larnach Castle or a distributor following that posting will constitute your acceptance of the terms of the updated policy.
How do I obtain more information or lodge a privacy complaint?
