Our single malt whisky is produced from 100% pure South Island ingredients, aged in a small 20L ex-red wine casks at the seaside port of Oamaru.
Aging in smaller casks provides more liquid to wood ration to produce a whisky perceived older and smoother than from lager barrels.
This limited release whisky has alluring aromas and a long lingering pallet of fresh grains, salty toffee, dried fruits and hints of herbs.
